摘　　要：约瑟夫·奈最早提出了软实力概念并将之发展成为软实力理论。从约瑟夫·奈提出该理论的初衷来看,这一理论具有很强的意识形态性,特别是"美国性"。中国学者结合我国的实际,创造性地提出了"文化软实力"概念,并上升到国家层面,在此基础上,我们可以分析国家文化软实力的构成要素,并进一步探讨提升文化软实力的实践。Joseph nye first proposed the concept of soft power and developed into a soft power theory.From the original intention of the theory,this theory has a strong ideology,especially the ideologg of the United States. Chinese scholars,combines the actual conditions of our country,creatively put forward the concept of ＂ cultural soft power＂,and up to the national level,based on this,we can analyze the components of national cultural soft power,and further promote the practice of cultural soft power is discussed in this paper.
