摘  要:目的研究通光藤总苷体外对不同肿瘤的细胞指纹。方法应用实时细胞分析技术研究通光藤总苷对肺癌等6种癌细胞的抑制作用。结果通光藤总苷能抑制癌细胞的增殖、生长;其中对乳腺癌、肝癌的生长抑制最强,胃癌、肺癌次之,食管癌最弱。在半数抑制浓度情况下,各癌细胞的生长抑制效果呈现时间-效应依赖关系;对各癌细胞的生长抑制在48 h左右达到最高峰,在30 h内对人胃癌细胞MGC803抑制效果不明显。结论通光藤总苷的抗癌疗效确切,但对不同肿瘤细胞作用机制存在差异性。Objective To understand the effect of total glycosides from Marsdenia tenacissima in inhibiting different cancer cells by Fingerprint Chromatogram in vitro. Method The technique of real-time cell analysis was utilized to examine the ability of total glycosides to inhibit six kinds of cancer cells,including lung cancer cells. Findings The study found that different degrees of inhibition could be engendered to the proliferation and growth of cancer cells. The medicine had the strongest inhibition on breast cancer and liver cancer cells,moderate inhibition on gastric cancer and lung cancer cells,and the weakest inhibition on esophageal cancer cells. Under the condition of half inhibitory concentration,the inhibition of cancer cells' growth increasingly strengthened over time,i. e.,the strength of inhibition is time-dependent. The inhibition reached its peak at the 48 th hour. The inhibition is not obvious in human gastric cancer MGC803 within 30 h.Conclusion Total glycosides has significant anticancer effect,with different mechanisms in inhibiting different types of cancer cells.
