摘　　要：肝脏缺血/再灌注后常可导致严重的急性肺损伤,目前缺乏有效治疗,具有较高的死亡率。如何预防治疗肝脏缺血再灌注后的肺损伤,是临床面临的棘手问题。最新研究认为,谷氨酰胺对全身多器官具有保护作用,不但可以增强机体细胞免疫功能,还能抑制促炎性因子的表达。Hepatic ischemia/reperfusion often leads to serious acute lung injury, which lacks effective treatment, has a high mortality. How to prevent lung injury after hepatic ischemia and reperfusion is a thorny problem facing clinical. According to the latest research, glutamine has a protective effect on multiple organ, can not only enhance the cellular immune function, but also inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokines.
