小儿高位隐睾的腹腔镜诊疗体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨小儿高位隐睾的腹腔镜探查及治疗的价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年3月，新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的123例高位隐睾患儿，行腹腔镜探查及下降固定术。结果本组123例患儿手术均获成功，手术时间平均40 min；术中无输精管损伤、出血少、腹膜后血肿等并发症，术后1-2d出院。结论腹腔镜手术具有术野清晰、可直接探查及评估睾丸发育情况、创伤性小，术后一般无痛苦，恢复快，患儿易于接受，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the value of laparoscopy to treat pediatric high cryptorchidism. Methods A total of 123 children with high cryptorchidismunderwent laparoscopic exploration and orchidopexy in Xinjiang Uygur Municipal People′s Hospital from January 2010 to March 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All operations were successful,with mean operating time of 40 minutes;no vas deferens injury,hemorrhage or retroperitoneal hematoma was found;patients were discharged between 1 to 2 days.Conclusions Laparoscopic treatment for high cryptorchidismcan reveal a high definition operation field,which helps to explore and assess testicular state.It have the advantages of minimal invasive,less pain and rapid recovery,should be worthy to be popularized in clinic.
