摘 要:为提高枯草芽孢杆菌产赖氨酸的能力,本试验拟从10株猪源枯草芽孢杆菌中,初步筛选出一株赖氨酸高产菌株。再以此菌株为出发菌株,采用紫外诱变的方法复筛出高产赖氨酸的突变株。结果发现,初筛得到的菌株YB83,其培养上清液中赖氨酸含量为179.39 mg/L,较LB液体培养基高出22.58%;经过紫外诱变后,得到一株遗传性稳定的突变菌株YB83-U5,其培养上清液中赖氨酸含量为277.49 mg/L,比原始菌株YB83提高了52.97%。To improve the ability of Bacillus subtilis in producing lysine,ten porcine Bacillus subtilis were applied to select and breed high-yield lysine strain.The strain as initial bacterium,which had highest lysine yield among them was treated with UV.The results showed that lysine content of supernatant of strain YB83 screened primarily was 179.39 mg/L, which was 22.58%higher than that of LB broth.After UV mutagenesis,the mutant strain YB83-U5 was steady hereditary, the lysine content of supernatant of which was 277.47 mg/mL,52.97%more than that of the original strain YB83.
