摘  要:对城市道路洗扫车沉降室内部结构进行优化能有效提高洗扫车的性能。研究了沉降室结构参数对降尘率的影响规律。利用Solid Works软件建立沉降室模型,采用ANSYS-CFX及k-ε双方程模型对沉降室内部流场进行分析及仿真优化,讨论各参数对降尘率的影响规律,然后采用气固两相流理论对其进行仿真验证。结果表明:优化后的沉降室内部结构大大减小了集尘箱尾部和出风口前部的气流速度,提高了降尘效率,为洗扫车沉降室的设计提供了依据。The performance of urban road sweeper can be improved by optimizing the interior structure parameters of settling chamber. The influence rules of structure parameters of the settling chamber on the dust rate were investi- gated. Solid works were used to build the physical model of settling chamber in this paper, ANSYS - CFX and k - ε two - equation models were also used to analyze and optimize the flow field in the dust collection chamber respective- ly. Then the influence rules of the parameters of settling chamber on the dust rate characteristics were discussed. Fi- nally, based on simulation, we used the gas - solid flow theory to verify the experimental results. The analysis results show that the optimized settling chamber structure can reduce the airflow velocity of the dust box tail and the front of the outlet greatly, and improve the efficiency of dust, which can provide a basis for the design of settling chamber.
