摘  要:以延长某油田压裂废液的特性组分为参照基础,以造成压裂废液中COD高的主要成分羟丙基胍胶为考查主体,用胍胶水溶液模拟胍胶水基压裂液体系,考查了UV/Fenton体系及其草酸盐络合物体系的氧化效果。结果表明:pH值为5的条件下,FeSO4加入量在15~22 mg/L,草酸钾的加入量在20 mg/L,过氧化氢的加入量在0.2%(体积比),紫外光照射15 min,进行氧化处理1 h,降粘率约为87%。The characteristic component of a Yanchang oil field fracturing wastewater was considered as the reference base. Hydroxypropyl guar, which was the main component of high COD in fracturing waste water, was chosen as the test subjects, water base fracturing fluid was simulaled by guar gum solution, and the effect of UV/Fenton and its oxalate complex process were investigated. The results showed that under the condition of pH value was 5, FeSO4's dosage was 15 -22 mg/L, K2C2O4's dosage was 20 mg/L, the volume ratio of H2O2 was 0. 2% , UV irradiation of 15 rain, oxidized by 1 h, and viscosity reduction rate was about 87%.
