摘 要:提出了一种快速测定硅铝钡钙合金中的铝、钡、钙的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)。样品用硝酸、氢氟酸溶解,高氯酸冒烟后补加硝酸溶解,选择396.152 nm、233.527 nm和184.006 nm波长的谱线分别作为铝、钡和钙的分析线,利用国家标准样品建立的校准曲线,在优化仪器工作参数条件下,对国家标准样品的进行测定,铝、钡、钙三种元素的测定值与认定值基本一致,相对标准偏差分别为0.59%、0.51%和1.36%,相对误差<3%。The method of determining the content of A1, Ba and Ca in Si - A1 - Ba - Ca alloy quickly by inductively coupled plasma- atomic emission spectrometry (ICP -AES) was issued, the sample was dissolved by nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid and then perchloric acid was added to make smoke rise, adding nitric acid again to dissolve sample. By selecting 396. 152 nm, 233. 527 nm and 184. 006 nm as A1, Ba and Ca analysis spectral line respectively, using the standard samples, the calibration curves and optimization of instrument work parameter were established. Under the selected experimental conditions and the selected optimal instrumental parameters, a group of standard samples was determined. The found results of A1, Ba and Ca were consistent with the certified values. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0. 59% for A1, 0. 51% for Ba and 1.36% for Ca, and the relative error was less than 3%.
