摘　　要：叙述了某市"天网工程"所需视频信号网络传输带宽的测试和论证过程,通过举例说明了如何在兼顾图像质量和成本控制的前提下,选取最优带宽,该方法经过了实际验证,填补了目前此类测试的空白。This paper describes the test and demonstration process of the video signal network transmission bandwidth in some city＇s ＂Skynet project＂. Through the example, the paper also explains how to select the optimal bandwidth on the premise of image quality and cost control. This method is validated and fills in the blank on such test.
