摘　　要：本文简单介绍了我院实验室信息管理系统(LIS)的基本功能,以及在使用中所遇到的一些问题与解决办法。详细介绍了LIS在危急值管理中的应用,从危急值的出现、发布、对病人的处理、行政部门监督4个方面形成一个闭环管理,收到了较好的效果。Based on the LIS （Laboratory Information Management） system in our hospital, this paper briefly introduces its basic functions, problems in use and corresponding solutions. Meanwhile, this paper introduces the application of LIS in the critical value management. Through making the emergence of critical value, publication, patient diagnosis and administrative departments’ supervision a complete governing circle, we have achieved better results.
