摘　　要：以龙泉住宅小区为例,依据以人为本的设计思想,对该住宅小区的建筑风格、设计构想、建筑造型及节能措施等进行了分析探讨,并通过住户实地调查,发现欠缺,为下一步设计提供参考依据和改进思路。Taking Longquan Residential Complex as the example,the paper analyzes and explores the architectural style,design ideas,construc-tion styles and energy-saving measures of the complex by referring to the human-oriented design idea,and provides some reference and improve-ment ideas for the following design according to the residence on-site investigation.
