摘　　要：文章针对辽宁地区图书馆数字参考咨询服务名称,标识位置,异步、实时和合作服务模式几个方面的开展状况进行详细考察并比较分析,提出辽宁地区图书馆数字参考咨询服务深化发展的建议。The paper is about digital reference services in the libraries of Liaoning Area. Through investigating and analyzing of digital reference services from the aspects of service contents, asynchronous consultation,realtime interactive service and cooperative service modes, this paper tries to find out the basic situation and puts forward some suggestions in order to promote the development of DRS.
