摘　　要：应用文献计量学的方法，对《南宁职业技术学院学报》2004-2013年饮食文化研究专栏文章的信息密度、出版时滞、作者情况、引文情况等进行统计分析，总结分析专栏载文特点，期望对栏目建设和饮食文化研究有参考价值。Using a bibliometrics method, the article makes a statistic analysis of the articles issued during 2003 and 2004 in the column for catering culture in journal of Journal of Nanning Polytechnic Technology in terms of their information density, publication period, authors, and citations, etc., and summarizes the their characteristics, expecting to provide reference for the column development and catering culture research.
