摘　　要：现代社会是一个组织化的社会,农民权益的维护离不开农民自身的努力,即通过组织起来,有效应对社会转型时期的各种风险。一方面,农民组织化有助于农民权益的维护;另一方面,农民组织化发展中存在的问题制约农民权益的实现。因此,必须通过坚持政府的适度引导、强化农民组织的自身建设、整合民间自组织资源、提升农民政治参与与自组织化意识等途径,实现农民组织化的健康发展,以有效维护农民权益。The modern society is an organized society, where maintenance of farmers＇ rights and interests can＇t be maintained without farmers＇ own efforts. Namely, various risks can be effectively handled during the period of social transformation through organization. On one hand, farmers organization contributes to maintenance of their rights and interests; on the other hand, the problems emerging in the process of farmers organization con-strain implementation of farmers＇ rights and interests. Therefore, efforts should be made to persist in the govern-ment＇s moderate guidance, strengthen farmers＇ self-construction of their organization, integrate nongovernmental organization resources and increase their awareness of political participation and self-organization in an attempt to achieve a sound development of farmers organization and effectively maintain farmers＇ rights and interests.
