摘　　要：目的：了解六盘水市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,评价疫苗接种效果和人群免疫状况,为制定麻疹控制策略提供科学依据。方法：采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取健康人群血样。采用酶联免疫（ELISA）法进行麻疹IgG检测。结果：检测2区县459份血样,麻疹IgG阳性率83.88%。5岁以下儿童麻疹IgG阳性率随年龄增高逐渐增高,到3-4岁组达到最高（98.15%）,5岁以后,随着年龄的增加,麻疹IgG阳性率逐渐降低（χ2=39.43,P〈0.01）。不同性别、不同免疫史状况抗体水平差异无统计学意义。结论：六盘水市麻疹IgG抗体水平还不高,尚未达到消除麻疹的目标。因此,要采取综合措施,提高人群免疫保护水平,减少麻疹易感人群以达到消除麻疹的目的。Objective： In order to know To investigate the Measles antibody level of in the healthy population in Liupanshui city,to and evaluate the vaccination effect and the crowd immune status,so as to pro vide scientific evidence for the prevention and control strategy of Measles. Methods： Healthy people individuals were selected with stratified random sampling method. The antibody was detected by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）. Results： A total of 459 cases from 2 district and countiy county were analyzed.,and the positive rate of the Measles IgG was 83. 88%. The positive rate of IgG was incrasingincreased along with increasing of ages in the healthy population Under below 5 years oderold. the The rate of 3- 4 age group was the highest（ 98. 15%）.,The positive rate of IgG was dropping along with increasing ages above5 years oderold（ χ2= 39. 43,P 〈0. 01）. Antibody levels had There was no significant difference of the antibody level between genders and people with different immunization history. Conclusion： The measles antibody positive rate is low in Liupanshui city,there has not beenwhich is not enough to achieve the goal of measles elimination. we We should be takentake comprehensive measure,raisenraise the Measles antibody level of the healthy population,reduced the susceptible crowd,so that as to achieve the goal of measles elimination.
