远离中心城市高校办公室职能的转变与创新——以西部地区某高校为例

摘　　要：位于非省会城市和非经济战略中心城市的高校——远离中心城市高校,与中心城市高校相比,有着许多特点,这些特点决定了它们在高等教育改革发展的新时期,必须抓住机遇,准确定位,走出一条适合自身特点的发展之路。这类高校的办公室,由于其综合性、全局性及统领性职能决定了他们必须根据这些特点,迅速适应改革发展的需要,加强职能转变,创新工作方式,充分发挥参谋助手、综合协调、对外联络和督办督查等职能,推动学校改革,特别是学校转型发展。Universities located in cities other than capital cities or cities of strategic importance in economic development, namely universities remote from center cities, have some unique characteristics compared with universities located in center cities, which means they must take the opportunity of the new era of university, reform and development to locate themselves correctly and explore the proper way of development in eomplianee with their own character. The offices of this sort of universities, owing to their comprehensive, overall and executive features of functioning, must adapt to the requirement of reform and development, realizing the transformation of function and innovation of style of work so as to give full play to their functions of consultation, coordination, liaison and supervision and effectively push forward the reform and transformation of the universities.
