摘 要:以凹凸棒石黏土(ATP)为载体、ZnCl2为催化剂、采用浸渍回流法制备了ZnCl2/凹土固载催化剂(ZAC),并应用于甲苯与苄氯的烷基化反应。采用BET、XRD、EDS等手段表征了凹土与催化剂的微观性能;以主产物单苄基甲苯(MBT)的选择性为考察指标,考察了凹土热活化温度、ZnCl2浓度、ZAC活化时间及温度、固载方式等因素对其活性的影响,并进一步考察了催化剂固载方式和复活温度对催化剂再生性的影响。结果表明,凹土经酸化和热活化后,于15%ZnCl2溶液中浸渍过夜并回流2h,再经80℃热活化3h制得的催化剂应用于模型反应中,苄氯转化率为100%,单苄基甲苯(MBT)选择性达到94.9%,且催化剂重复利用5次后,苄氯转化率仍为100%,MBT选择性大于90%。该催化剂可作为一种绿色催化剂应用于傅克烷基化反应。Immobilized ZnCl2/attapulgite catalyst ( ZAC) was prepared by the impregnation and reflux method with attapulgite ( ATP) as a support and used in the benzylation of toluene with benzyl chloride.The catalyst was characterized by BET, XRD and SEM methods.The catalytic activity of ZAC was evaluated based on the selectivity of monobenzyl toluene ( MBT) , which was the main product of the modal reaction.The influences of the thermal activation temperature of ATP, ZnCl2 content, time and temperature of catalyst activation and the loading method on the catalytic performance of the catalyst were investigated.The catalyst regeneration was also studied.The ZAC showed a high catalytic activity with 100% conversion yield of benzyl chloride and 94.9%selectivity to MBT was prepared by immerging the activated ATP in the ZnCl2 solution (15%in methanol) over-night followed by 2-hour refluxing and 3-hour heat-treatment at 80℃.The catalyst also exhibited excellent catalytic stability within 5 recycles with 100%conversion yield and 90%selectivity to MBT.The ZAC can act as a green catalyst used in Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction.
