摘 要:某大型铜矿山通风系统复杂,井下环境恶劣,严重影响了井下安全生产。为此,对该矿山的通风系统进行全面调查测定,总结矿山存在的实际问题,结合计算机模拟解算优化分析,通风网络结构优化分析、主要通风机性能鉴定优化分析等技术,对通风系统进行优化改造,提出了最优的通风系统改造方案。构建了矿井通风系统的可视化模型,此模型能够根据井下通风系统的变化及时更新,进而在第一时间反应井下通风系统存在的问题,维护通风系统的稳定,确保生产作业的安全。现场实施结果表明,有效地解决了井下深部风量不足,风流分配不合理等难题,确保了生产作业的安全。The complex ventilation system and bad mine circumstance of a certain large copper mine have seriously affected the mine production safety. In order to solve the problems, a full investigation and measurement on the mine ventilation system were undertaken. The practical problems in the mine were summarized. Combining with computer simulation solver optimization analysis, structural optimization analysis of ventilation network and identification optimization analysis of main fans performance, the ventilation system was optimized. Then the optimal transformation program of ventilation system was proposed. A visual model of mine ventilation system was constructed. The model can be updated according to the changes in mine ventilation system, and thus react the problems of underground ventilation system in the first time to maintain the stability of ventilation system. The results showed that the lack of air flow in deep underground, unreasonable distribution of dissolute and other problems were all solved effectively, and the safety of production operations was ensured.
