摘 要:钻杆在工作中,要受到不同种类较大的载荷,在这些复杂载荷的作用下,钻杆会产生不同程度的应力集中,而导致微裂纹等缺陷的产生,进而钻杆可能会发生断裂、刺漏等问题,严重影响钻井的正常作业。为了检测钻杆内的应力集中程度能否达到安全使用的标准,课题组基于磁记忆检测方法和Visual Basic及Matlab等软件开发平台,设计出了一套钻杆检测系统,其中钻杆检测装置可方便移动、稳定检测;钻杆检测软件可控制数据采集、分析数据、判断钻杆的安全状态以及输出钻杆的检测结果报告等。采用该检测系统检测使用过的钻杆,检测结果表明,结合钻杆检测装置和检测软件可为钻杆的应力集中提供高效、便利的检测手段,有利于推广磁记忆检测这一先进技术在钻杆检测方面的应用。When drill pipe works, it always suffers from different kinds of forces and large loads, and these complex loads will lead to different levels of stress in drill pipe are easily appeared. Fractures, 1 drilling concentration in the drill pipes. Thus micro - cracks or other defects eakage and other issues that will seriously affect the normal work of may occur. Therefore, a drill pipe detection system based on MMMT (Metal magnetic memory testing) and software development platforms of Visual Basic and Matlab was developed to test whether the stress concentration in the drill pipes was under the safety standard to use. The detector can be easily moved and be stable to detect the drill pipe body. The software can be used for controlling the data collection, analysing the data and judging whether the drill pipe is safe to use or not, and finally output the detection report of drill pipe and so on. The drill detector and the detection software were applied to test the dill pipes that had been used, the test results showed that combining with the drill pipe detection system, it can be easily and efficiently to detect stress concentration in the drill pipes. Also, it can generalize the use of MMMT, one advanced technology, in drill pipe detection.
