基于现代文献研究的悲伤术语及辨证分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对悲伤现代文献的研究分析,描述中医悲伤名词术语使用情况,研究其中医辨证特点。方法:通过现代文献检索,纳入与悲伤术语及辨证相关的文献,提取与悲伤术语和辨证相关的记述,录入数据库分别统计术语和辨证意义。结果:文献以临床观察和理论探讨型为主,涉及精神疾病和躯体疾病。现代文献常用的术语有16种,其中使用频率较高的术语是悲伤欲哭、悲伤、无故悲泣;辨证病位主要为肝、心、脾,基本病机以气郁、气虚、阴虚、痰饮、血虚为主。结论:悲伤相关文献涉及疾病较多,采用疾病诊断标准及证候诊断标准较为分散,影响了中医悲伤情绪辨识相关研究的开展及临床诊疗水平的提高。Objective： To describe the usage of sadness terms in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） recently, researching the differentiation of syndromes character through modem Chinese literature. Methods： According to literature review, we selected those literature related to sadness terms and Syndrome differentiation, extracted the relevant account, and then created a database to statistics the number of sadness terms and dialectical significance respectively. Results： Literature consists of clinical observation and theoretical discussion most, of which mainly contains mental diseases and physical diseases. There are 16 kinds of terms widely used in describing the performance of sadness, and the use of sorrow and desire to weep, sadness and weeping without reason is more frequent. Zang-fu syndrome differentiation results mainly lie in liver, heart and spleen. The nature of disease about sadness is Qi stagnation, Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, phlegm and blood deficiency. Conclusion： Many diseases have performance of sadness. But few literatures take standards about syndromes or diseases as a tool to normalize their study. It slows down the development about study on TCM syndrome differentiation.
