摘　　要：本文简析战略转型的业务目标和实施策略,聚焦信息化业务,对业务流程再造的原则、步骤和设计方法进行了分析,最后给出一个供参考的业务流程再造方案。This paper first analyzes the business objectives and implementation strategy of the strategic transformation,and focus on the informationization service,the principle,steps and design method of the business process reengineering is analyzed,end finally gives a reference for the business process reengineering scheme.
