摘　　要：提出金融产品开发前评价指标体系及Fuzzy-AHP模型,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各评价指标的权重,然后分层次进行模糊综合评判,建立起金融产品开发前评价指标体系,整个指标体系采用层次分析法求取各层次指标的权重,再用模糊综合评判方法确定各方案的属性值,最后综合出总的评价结果。通过对某金融机构的A新型金融产品的实例分析,表明该模型具有一定的实用性。This paper proposed the financial product development evaluation index system and Fuzzy-AHP model.Firstly, the author refers to the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to determine the weight of each evaluation index. Then,this index is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the author gets the evaluation results. By analyzing the financial product of a certain financial institution, we find that the model is practical.
