女贞子提取物的生物学功能及其与运动能力的关系综述

摘　　要：综述女贞子提取物的生物学功能,分析女贞子提取物的结构与运动能力的关系,探讨服用女贞子提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠体内羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基清除过程的作用,为女贞子作为运动补剂的开发利用提供理论依据。After reviewing the biology function of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi extracts,the author analyzes the relationship between the struc-ture of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi extracts and its exercise performance;and discusses the effect on removing hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical of the intensive endurance training rats taking fructus ligustri lucidi extracts. It tries to provide the theoretical basis for the de-velopment and utilization for fructus ligustri lucidi extracts as supplements.
