战略管理视域下地方新建本科院校的转型发展——以安康学院转型发展为例

摘　　要：本文以战略管理理论为基础,以安康学院转型发展为例,分析总结了地方新建本科院校在战略制定、战略实施及校地融合互动发展的基本经验,指出要克服目前转型发展的战略瓶颈,需进一步强化战略思维,推进观念、政策、制度、体制等方面的创新。Under the guidance of Strategic Management, and take Ankang University as an example, it is discussed of the experience that were in the process of strategy-making,implementation and joint-action with local government,of the strategic choke that existed in the development,and of the innovation that in our minds,in the policy,and in systems.
