摘　　要：The sum of the ratio-based reserve- related volume, along with the 4.1 million bales （894,000 tons） of tariff- rate quota, is 6.3 million bales. If some processing trade quota can be presumed to be released this crop year, the current USDA estimate of 8.0 million bales fbr Chinese imports could be considered reasonable.
