摘　　要：Researchers from Brazil Gene Resources ＆ Biotechnology Research Institute succeeded in producing artificial spider silk in laboratory recently and they believe that it is a scientific achievement with high commercial value. According to the researchers, the spider silk-fibroin needed in the experiment is obtained by synthesis of E. coli in laboratory. Researchers diluted E. coli in liquid medium to produce synthetic spider silk protein with specific DNA sequence, and then obtained protein fibers with a special syringe.
