摘　　要：以国际经济视角解读上海自由贸易区建立的时代背景、历史使命,阐述上海自贸区的制度创新点以及由此可能带来的连锁反应,并对相关社会、经济问题该如何解决提出建议。This paper will interpret the historical mission and background of Shanghai free trade zone s founding in international economy perspective, elaborating what some institutional innovation in Shanghai tions Key FTA and relative chain reaction which may bring, and putting forward self views and sugges- for how deal with the relevant social or economic problems properly in the end.
