摘 要:社保人才队伍质量决定了一个国家社会保险事业发展水平,反之社会保险事业发展水平也制约着相应的人才队伍建设状况。建国以来很长一段时间,企业职工保险事务缺乏准确定位,导致人才队伍建设缓慢;改革开放后,社会整体发展步伐加快,但社会保险事业人才队伍的规模化、专业化建设发展相对迟缓。反思公共社会保险服务的差距及人才队伍的建设状况,应加强社保服务人才队伍的标准化建设,探索积累人才的激励机制,实行多种方式的职业教育培训机制。The quality of social security talent team determines the development level of social security course in a country,and vice versa,the latter affects construction of the former.For a long period of time since the foundation of PRC,social security affairs of enterprise employees have not been accurately positioned,which leads to low speed of talent team construction.With reform and opening policy,the comprehensive social development has been accelerated,but the scale and professionalization of social security talent team still lag behind.Standardized construction of the talent team should be strengthened,stimulation mechanism should be explored and various vocational education and training mechanism should be adopted.
