摘　　要：作为一种农抗类生物农药新品种,中生菌素已登记水稻白叶枯病、苹果轮纹病和白菜软腐病3种防治对象,对水稻白叶枯病菌的最小抑制浓度(MIC)是0.19μg/ml,最小杀灭浓度(MBC)是0.4μg/ml;对白菜软腐病菌的MIC是1.56μg/ml,MBC是3.12μg/ml;对苹果轮纹病的MIC是1.56μg/ml,MBC是3.12μg/ml,防治以上3种病害的使用浓度一般为30～40μg/ml,防效都能达到80％～90％。截止2001年底,中生菌素已在全国十几个省市应用推广800万亩次,目前已少量出口到台湾,市场反应良好。本文详细介绍了中生菌素的抗菌活性、对动物的毒性、在植物和土壤中的残留量测定结果,以及中生菌素的具体使用方法。As a new agro-antibiotics, Zhongshengmycin has registered to prevent 3 kinds of plant diseases i. e. Xanthomonas oryzae pv oryzae, Erwinia carotovora subsp carotovora and Physalos-pora piricola. Its minimal inhibition concentrations (MIC) for Xanthomonas oryzae pv oryzae, Erwinia carotovora subsp carotovora and Physalospora piricola are 0. 19 μg/ml, 1. 56μg/ml, and 1. 56μg/ ml respectively; and the minimal bactericidal concentrations (MBC) for them are 0.4 ug/ml, 3. 12μg/ml, and 3. 12μg/ml correspondingly. The concentration of Zhongshengmycin used to prevent and cure the above mentioned 3 kinds of diseases is commonly at the range of 30 ~ 40μg/ml, and its prevention effects for these diseases are as high as 80% -90% . Up to the end of 2001, Zhongshengmycin had applied in more than 10 provinces nationwide with an area of 8 million mu, currently some of them are exported to Taiwan region, gaining good market responses. In this paper antibacterial activity of Zhongshengmycin, its toxicity to animals and analysis results of residual amount in plant and soil and application method are detailed.
