摘 要:温控防裂是桥梁大体积混凝土的关键技术问题和难题之一。以互通现浇箱梁为背景,从混凝土材料、温升控制、施工及工程措施等方面系统地研究与温控有关的核心问题,建立桥梁温控模型进行仿真分析,提出施工期间合理的温控设计方案,实现箱梁施工期温控措施的动态优化设计,实践表明,该研究成果对指导大跨度、大体积现浇箱梁的设计与施工具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。As one key technical issue about concrete bridge,the analysis of temperature control and crack prevention of massive concrete is one of the main challenges we face. In this paper,in the background of cast-in-place box beam in shibai highway,we systematically study the core issues about temperature control,which include the concrete material,temperature control,construction and engineering measures,and so on. The numerical simulation technology is used to research the distribution of temperature field and stress field in the construction process. By analyzing the simulation result,we can predict the possible crack positon and therefore provide the corresponding measures for crack control.Based on these results,we give the reasonable design on temperature control during the construction.Hence,this study has a very important theoretical and practical significance on the design and construction of long-spand and large volume cast-in-place box beam.
