摘　　要：深化行政体制改革是深化政治体制改革的重要组成部分,是新时期全面深化改革的重要内容,对于我国经济社会发展具有重大而深远的意义。当前,我国已经进入全面深化改革的新时期,加快转变政府职能、深化行政体制改革,是新时期全面深化改革的一项重要任务。深化行政体制改革具有带动各方、影响全局的重要作用,是一个不断持续深化的过程,需要我们把行政体制改革放在全面深化改革的总体布局中去谋划,以国家治理现代化为目标深化行政体制改革,以深化行政体制改革作为全面深化改革的突破口,着力推进以加快转变政府职能为核心的行政体制改革。Deepening the reform of administrative system is an important part in deepening the reform of political system. It is an important content of the comprehensive and deepened reform in new era and it is of important and profound meaning to the development of our economic and social development. Currently China has entered into a new era of comprehensive and deepened reform; therefore, accelerating the pace of transforming government functions and deepening administrative system reform is one of the important tasks of the new era in the comprehensive and deepened reform. Deepening administrative system reform is of important role in mobilizing related persons and influencing the general situation of China, and it is also a process of sustaining and deepening reform. Therefore we should put the administrative system reform into the general planning of the comprehensive and deepened reform and make plans accordingly. We should deepen the administrative system reform with the national governance modernization as the target. We should push the administrative system reform with accelerating the transform of government functions as the core and deepening of administrative system reform as the breakthrough of comprehensive and deepened reform.
