摘　　要：中国正在掀起智慧城市建设热潮,但热潮背后也隐含着思想准备不足、协调机制不足、部门参与不足、制度建设不足、自主意识不足、防范能力不足和评估机制不足等七大关键问题,亟须尽快出台政策措施解决这些问题,保证智慧城市建设沿着正确的方向行进。There are seven problems of China＇s new wave of building smart cities, i.e., the seven insufficiency of theoretical preparation, coordination mechanism, department participation, institutional arrangements, awareness of independence, counter measures and evaluation system. It is urgent to make policies to ensure the building of smart cities on the right track.
