摘　　要：在分析村镇环境污染现状和现有环境污染调查方法不足的基础上,提出一套基于Android平台,集GPS、GIS于一体的移动式信息采集系统。详细介绍了该系统的总体框架、主要功能,并重点围绕数据采集、数据查询、地图服务3个方面的关键技术进行了阐述。应用表明,该系统可以简便快速地采集与传输数据。In this paper, the overall design of information collection system and main functions were introduced in detail. And then, the three key technologies which were data acquisition, data query and map service were discussed emphatically as well. At last, the preliminary test application shows that the system can obtain and transfer monitoring information of environmental pollution in towns and villages simply and fast.
