摘　　要：采用B/S技术框架,集成GIS技术、Web Service、SOA等技术实现框架数据后台管理、平台运营维护、服务在线提供等。为了确保共享交换平台的可持续发展,系统软件架构采用面向服务的SOA,基于Web Service技术向政府部门发布地理空间数据服务,通过服务接口实现专业应用系统的定制。还实现了多源数据之间的转换与互操作、跨平台图元编辑器与不同格式的GIS图元数据的互操作。B/S technology framework was adopted in the platform construction. And the integrated GIS technology, Web Service technology, SOA technology and other state-of-the-art technical realized to achieve a framework for data manage platform operation and maintenance services available online. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the share exchange platform, the system software architecture using SOA, based on Web Service technology to publish geospatial data services to government departments,professional custom applications through service interfaces. At the same time, this system achieved multi-source GIS data conversion and interoperability, cross-platform GIS map metaifile editor with different formats of metadata interoperability.
