摘　　要：介绍了《系列世界地图》的发展概况,重点描述了在《系列世界地图》基础上衍生出的专题图种《系列世界地势图》,从"地势图与地貌图、地形图的比较"、"专题内容的确定"、"地名标注原则"、"立体景观效果"4个方面,对地势图编制中的相关问题进行分析和探讨,旨在对编制世界地势图的工作实践进行有效归纳和总结,并为编制其他类型世界专题地图提供有益的借鉴与参考。This paper presented the general situation of the Series of World Map and highlighted the thematic map of the World Terrain Map, which is derived from the foundation of the Series of World Map. From four aspects as follows: terrain and landform map, the comparison of topographic map, the determination of thematic content, the principle of names marked and three-dimensional landscape effect. This article analyzed and discussed the related technical problems in the preparation of terrain map for summing-up the practices on the compilation of the World Terrain Map effectively, and provided a benei cial reference for the compilation of the other types of world thematic map.
