摘　　要：从《黄帝内经》对卫气的种种表述出发,可以推知"卫分证"是"卫分病"的一种特定表现,其已成为"温病学"特有的概念;然而,由于卫气作用、功能的广泛性,不宜把"卫分证"理解为卫气病变的全部,而应对卫气的循行、功能作更为全面的了解,以有利于更深刻地理解温病"卫分证",也有利于从卫气病变的角度研究更多疾病发病的规律和机制,把《黄帝内经》所说的"审察卫气,为百病母"的理念落到实处,也为临床解决问题提供真正有益的思路和方法。According to the Huangdi Neijing, the syndrome of defensive qi is a certain particular expression about the disease of defensive qi, and it has become a unique concept of seasonal febrile disease. However, due to the widespread role of defensive qi, the syndrome of defensive qi could not contain all the meaning of the disease of defensive qi. The comprehensive function of defensive qi should be studied and defined precisely to study the pathologic mechanism of further more diseases, and provide ideas and methods really useful for solving clinical problems.
