肠易激综合征的舌象研究

摘　　要：目的:研究肠易激综合征(IBS)实验室指标和舌象的关系,为IBS的中医辨证论治提供依据,同时丰富中医舌象的微观研究。方法:检测IBS患者的实验室指标,运用SPSS 19.0统计分析它们与IBS患者舌象的关系。结果:金属硫蛋白(MT)、神经肽Y(NPY)与IBS患者舌象的相关性P>0.05。促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)与嫩舌的相关性P<0.05。5-羟色胺(5-HT)与胖大舌的相关性P<0.05。雌二醇(E2)和齿痕舌、白苔罩黄、腻苔的相关性P<0.05。睾酮(T)与淡红舌的相关性P<0.05。肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)与薄苔、黄苔、滑苔、裂纹舌、厚苔的相关性P<0.05。同型半胱氨酸(HCY)与嫩舌、胖大舌、齿痕舌的相关性P<0.05。结论:MT、NPY与IBS患者的舌象不相关。ACTH与嫩舌负相关。5-HT与胖大舌正相关。T与淡红舌正相关。TNF-α与薄苔、黄苔和滑苔正相关。HCY与嫩舌、胖大舌、齿痕舌正相关。Objective： For researching the relationship between the laboratory indexes and tongue manifestation in irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）, providing reference for the pattern identification of IBS, also enriching the microcosmic study of tongue manifestation. Methods： Tested the laboratory indexes in IBS patients, then analyzed the relationship between the tongue manifestation and laboratory indexes with SPSS 19.0. Results： P-value of the correlation between MT, NPY and IBS patients, tongue manifestation is more than 0.05. P-value of the correlation between 5-HT and enlarged tongue is less than 0.05. P-value of the correlation between E2 and teeth-marked tongue, white fur covered with some yellow fur, slimy fur is less than 0.05. P-value of the correlation between T and pale red tongue is less than 0.05. P-value of the correlation between TNF-α and yellow fur, thin fur, thick fur, slippery fur, i ssured tongue is less than 0.05. P-value of the correlation between HCY and teeth-marked tongue, enlarged tongue, tender-soft tongue is less than 0.05. Conclusion： MT, NPY are not relative with the tongue manifestation of IBS patients. Acth is one of the basic substances about tender tongue in IBS. 5-HT is one of the basic substances about enlarged tongue in IBS. T is one of the basic substances about pale red tongue in IBS. TNF-α is one of the basic substances about yellow tongue and smooth tongue. HCY is one of the basic substances about teeth-marked tongue, enlarged tongue, tender-soft tongue in IBS.
