慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重危险窗证素分布规律

摘　　要：目的:基于临床调查阐释慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)危险窗证素分布及组合规律。方法:收集8所医院AECOPD患者急性加重缓解后进入危险窗的中医证候学相关资料,建立数据库,运用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:406例AECOPD危险窗证候要素中,病性因素11个,病位因素6个;病性因素以气虚频率最高,其次是痰、湿;病位证素以肺出现频率最高,其次是肾、脾。证素组合形式有4种,以三证素组合出现的频次较高。结论:AECOPD危险窗病性因素以气虚、痰和湿为主,病性虚实近半;病位在肺,涉及肾、脾。Objective： To study the distribution and combination regularity of syndrome factors in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease risk-window（AECOPD-RW） based on clinical investigation. Methods： TCM syndrome data of the patients from 8 hospitals diagnosed as AECOPD into AECOPD-RW were collected to establish a database. SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results： There were 11 syndrome factors of disease nature and 6 syndrome factors of disease location among syndrome factors of AECOPD-RW. The highest frequency in syndrome factors of disease nature was qi deficiency, followed by phlegm and dampness. The highest frequency in syndrome factors of disease location occurred in lung, followed by kidney and spleen. There were 4 combinations of syndrome factors, the highest frequency of which was the combination consisted of 3 syndrome factors. Conclusion： Among AECOPD-RW, qi deficiency, phlegm and dampness are the main syndrome factors of disease nature, with the deficiency and excess accounting for each half. And the syndrome factors of disease locations primarily occure in lung, involving in kidney and spleen.
