摘　　要：控制复发转移是决定胃癌术后患者预后的关键因素。文章介绍全国第二批名老中医杨少山防治胃癌术后复发的经验,以培运脾土为首要;清除余毒是关键;调畅气机贯穿始终;滋肾固本防止复发。疗效确切,对临床有一定的指导意义。Control of recurrence and metastasis is the key factor to detemaine the prognosis of gastric cancer patients after surgery. It introduces the experience of YANG Shao-shan, the 2nd national famous doctor of TCM, in avoiding postoperative recurrence of gastric cancer. It puts cultivating spleen at the first place and cleaning residual poison as the key, regulating Qi activity through the whole treatment process and nourishing kidney to avoid recurrence. The clinical effect is significant, whcih has a fixed guidance meaning in the clinical practice.
