消法和补法在结节病中的运用

摘　　要：结节病为呼吸系统的疑难病症,其发病机制尚未完全清楚,激素疗法副作用较大,且远期疗效不甚明确。中医认为结节病以痰瘀坚结为病理特点,且以标实为主,本虚为次,治疗以"消法"为主,以"补法"为辅,配以专病专药,可获满意疗效。Sarcoidosis is a difficult disease in the respiratory system which pathogenesis is not fully clear. The side effects of hormone therapy are larger, with the long-term efficacy not very clear. Traditional Chinese medicine considers that the pathological features of sarcoidosis are phlegm and blood stasis. The deficient in origin is the main factor while the excessive in superficiality is the second factor, taking the dispersing method as the major treatment, the reinforcing method as the supplementary treatment. It can get a good effect if special medicine uesd for special disease.
