摘　　要：俞景茂教授提出小儿反复呼吸道感染分三期论治,和解少阳法为本病迁延期的治疗大法。总结临证验案,强调小儿反复呼吸道感染迁延期是治疗的关键期,针对迁延期余邪未清、枢机不利的病机,以和解少阳法透表清里,疏利枢机,有效缩短迁延期的病程,保证恢复期扶正固本治疗的时机,提高机体抗病能力,达到治本而病愈的目的。Professor YU Jing-mao puts forward that there＇re three stages in treating children＇s recurrent respiratory tract infections, and reconciliation shaoyang is the major therapy in chronic stage. Through clinic cases summary, professor YU highlights the treatment of chronic stage is critical period. Aiming at the residual pathogenic factors and unsmooth qi activity of chronic stage, reconciliation shaoyang can shorten the course of disease by reconciling exterior and interior, regulating the function of qi. Consequently, it can ensure the time of support healthy energy in convalescent stage, and increase the body＇s immunity to reach the goal of fundamental treatment and recovery.
