从胆论治儿童紧张状态的病因与临证辨治

摘　　要：儿童紧张状态属于情志病的范畴,文章结合小儿胆气怯弱的生理特点,提出胆气受损是其发病的根本病因,阐发了"温胆宁神,定魄安魂"的治疗原则,系统诠释了以温胆汤作为基础方剂加减化裁治疗本病,其临床收效显著。Children＇s tension belongs to the category of emotional disease, this paper combined with children physiological characteristics of weakness in gallbladder qi, and put forward that the impairment in gallbladder qi was the essential cause of this disease. It stated how to treat it by Wendan Decoction under the guidance of therapeutic principle, that was warming gallbladder and calming down the mind, which led to significant clinical effect.
