摘　　要：通过对《中药新药临床研究指导原则》、《中医病证诊断疗效标准》、5版-7版统编教材《中医妇科学》和学术界临床对功能失调性子宫出血辨证的比较分析,发现在权威文献之间,学术界之间,权威文献与学术界之间辨证差异甚大,文中首要分析了问题的成因,并提出辨证规范的思路与方法。Many major differences or contradiction on syndrome differentiation of dysfunctional uterine bleeding are revealed in authority literature and in academia, and between authority literature and academia, through comparing and analyzing Standards for Diagnosis and Curative Effect of Chinese Medical Symptom, Guidelines for the Clinical Research on New TCM Drugs, the fifth to seventh edition of Gynecology of TCM, and in academia circles, the paper analyzes the causes of the problem, some thinking methods put forward to rebuild standardization of syndrome differentiation under this condition.
