摘 要:目的:研究抗大肠癌制剂芋菇颗粒的提取工艺。方法:建立苯酚硫酸法测定多糖的含量,以多糖提取得率为指标,采用L9(34)正交实验设计对芋菇颗粒进行水提取工艺研究。结果:确定了苯酚硫酸法测定多糖含量的实验参数,即加入苯酚溶液0.8mL,浓硫酸5.0mL,沸水浴加热显色5min。提取工艺研究结果显示以20倍量水,提取2次,每次沸腾1.5h,多糖提取率稳定达到14.4%。结论:该提取方法简便易行、稳定可靠。Objective: To study the extraction process of Yugu Granules. Methods: The content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Using the extraction rate of polysaccharide as index, L9(34) orthogonal experimental design method was used to study the extraction process of Yugu Granules. Results: The experimental parameters of polysaccharide content were determined by using phenol-sulfuric acid method, adding 0.8mL phenol and 5.0mL sulfuric acid, heated in boiling water for 5min. The optimum extraction of Yugu Granules was used 20 times amount of water as extraction solvent, and extracted 2 times, 1.5h each time. The extraction rate of polysaccharide was 14.4%. Conclusion: The extraction method can be simple, stable and effective.
