体感音乐低频声波对30名健康人脾胃经循经微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨体感音乐低频声波(16-160Hz)对健康人脾胃经循经微循环的影响,以及体感音乐治疗疾病的经络生物物理机制。方法:在30名健康人的脾胃经络附近,按顺序播放体感音乐低频声波,同时以激光多普勒血流仪分析循经穴位的微循环变化,统计分析实验数据。结果:不同频率的低频声波对脾胃经络有不同影响,差异显著;同一频率对同一经络上的不同穴位影响相似。其中A0#(29.14Hz)对脾经影响最显著(P<0.01),A1#(58.27Hz)对胃经影响最显著(P<0.01)。结论:脾胃经络对不同频率的低频声波具有选择性吸收特性,特定频率声波可引起经络共振,脾经的共振频率为A0#(29.14Hz),胃经的共振频率为A1#(58.27Hz)。Objective： To investigate the effects of low-frequency sound waves（16-160Hz） of the somatosensory music on spleen and stomach meridians microcirculation in 30 healthy people, and the biophysical mechanisms of somatosensory music in the treatment of diseases. Methods： The vicinity of the spleen and stomach meridians in 30 healthy people were selected, then low-frequency sound waves of the somatosensory music in order was played, to analyze the change of meridian points microcirculation by using Laser Doppler flowmetry at the same time. The experimental data were statistical analyzed. Results： The low-frequency sound waves of different frequencies had different effects on the spleen and stomach meridians, there were significant differences. The effect of same frequency on different points on the same meridian were similar. The effect of A0#（29.14Hz） on spleen meridian was most significants（P〈0.01）, so was the effect of A1#（58.27Hz） on the stomach meridian（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The spleen and stomach meridians had selective absorption characteristics when they met low frequency sound waves of different frequencies, the specific frequency sound waves can cause resonance of meridians, the resonance frequency of spleen meridian is A0#（29.14Hz）, the resonance frequency of stomach meridian is A1#（58.27Hz）.
