糖肾方治疗2型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ、Ⅳ期气阴两虚夹瘀型35例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察并探讨糖肾方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的有效性。方法:将入组的患者随机分为两组,试验组和安慰剂组比例约为21,两组均给予降压、降糖治疗,在此治疗基础上,试验组予糖肾方颗粒治疗,而安慰剂组则予糖肾方模拟颗粒剂治疗,研究共纳入了39例2型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ、Ⅳ期属气阴两虚夹瘀型的患者,有效病例35例。结果:12周后试验组证候积分明显下降,显效5(20.83%),有效14(58.34%),无效5(20.83%),总有效率达79.17%,与安慰剂组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);试验组尿蛋白水平明显下降,与本组治疗前及安慰剂组治疗后比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:糖肾方能明显改善2型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ、Ⅳ期属气阴两虚夹瘀型患者的临床症状,有效减少尿蛋白。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Tangshen Formula in treating early diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods： The included patients were randomly divided into two groups, the ratio between trial group and control group was about 2∶1. On the basis of hypotension and hypoglycemic therapy, trial group was treated with Tangshen Formula, and control group was treated with placebo. 39 patients of type 2 Diabetic nephropathy on period of Ⅲ and Ⅳ with syndrome of blood stasis due to deficiency of both qi and yin were included, and 35 cases were effective. Results： After twelve weeks, the symptom scores of trial group were decreased significantly, 5 cases were markedly effective（20.83%）, 14 cases were effective（58.34%） and 5 cases were ineffective（20.83%）. Total effective rate was 79.17%. There were significant differences between control group and trial group（P〈0.01）. Compared with the control group and before treatment, the urine protein levels of the trial group were decreased significantly（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Tangshen Formula can improve clinical symptoms and urine protein levels of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy on period of Ⅲ and Ⅳ with syndrome of blood stasis due to deficiency of both qi and yin.
