止崩汤对比性激素治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察止崩汤对比性激素治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法:对南昌市洪都中医院妇科140例功能失调性子宫出血患者进行回顾性研究。根据用药不同分为中药组和西药组,西药组70例采用性激素妈富隆(去氧孕烯炔雌醇片)治疗,中药组70例采用止崩汤治疗。结果:与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后阴道出血时间缩短,血红蛋白值升高(P<0.05),腹痛改善(P<0.05)。中药组70例中临床痊愈40例,有效23例,无效7例,有效率为90.0%;西药组70例中临床痊愈35例,有效18例,无效17例,有效率为75.7%;两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.21,P<0.05)。结论:止崩汤治疗各型功能失调性子宫出血效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on dysfunctional uterine bleeding with the treatment of Zhibeng Decoction comparison with sex hormone. Methods： One hundred and forty patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM were selected for a retrospective study. The patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） group（70 cases） that accepted Zhibeng Decoction and western medicine group（70 cases） that accepted sex hormone（Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets）. Results： The vaginal bleeding time was reduced and the hemoglobin value was increased in two groups when compared before the treatment（P〈0.05）. Forty cases patients were cured by TCM in 70 cases, with 23 cases improved and 7 cases of inefficiency. The effective rate was 90%. Thirty-five cases patients were cured by western medicine in 70 cases, with 18 cases improved and 17 cases of inefficiency. The effective rate was 75.7%. There was a significant difference between two groups（χ2=6.21, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhibeng Decoction is has a significant effect on the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
