参附注射液治疗扩张性心肌病合并慢性收缩性心衰患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨参附注射液治疗扩张性心肌病(DCM)合并慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:80例扩张性心肌病合并慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者随机分为参附组(42例)和对照组(38例),对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上,50mL/d的参附注射液静脉滴注,治疗10d分别观察两组治疗前后的心功能,测定6min步行试验(6MWT)、进行明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷(MLHFQ)、测定左心室射血分数(EF)及血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平的变化。结果:参附组治疗10d后临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),EF、6MWT距离高于对照组(P<0.05);MLHFQ积分和血清BNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物治疗基础上合用参附注射液有利于提高扩张性心肌病合并慢性收缩性心衰急性加重期患者的临床疗效,改善生活质量。Objective： To observe and evaluate the curative effects of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） combined with chronic systolic heart failure （CHF）. Methods： 80 patients with DCM combined with CHF were randomly divided into two groups： Shenfu treatment group （42 patients） and control group （38 patients）. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. On the basis of conventional treatment, patients in Shenfu treatment group received Shenfu Injection 50mldd. After 10 days of treatment, the cardiac function, 6-minitue walking test （6MWT）, life quality score （MLHFQ）, ejection fraction （EF）, and serum natriuretic peptide （BNP） of 2 groups were compared. Results： The significant effective rate and total effective rate of the Shenfu treatment group were higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. EF and 6MWT were improved after Shenfu Injection treatment, and was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. MLHFQ scores and the serum level of BNP were lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection can improve the clinical efficacy and life quality of patients with DCM combined with CHF based on conventional therapy.
