苦碟子注射液儿科临床用药特点分析

摘　　要：目的了解苦碟子注射液在儿科的临床应用情况,为规范苦碟子注射液的临床应用提供参考。方法本院儿科2013年1—6月应用苦碟子注射液患儿72例。对其临床资料进行归纳、整理,并运用基本的统计方法对适应证、用法用量、用药疗程、溶媒等信息进行统计分析。结果苦碟子注射液在儿科临床应用时主要用于治疗过敏性紫癜;给药途径以静脉滴注为主;用药疗程多集中在1-14d;溶媒多为5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠注射液;给药剂量和疗程基本符合药品说明书。结论苦碟子注射液在儿科临床使用时,主要应用活血止痛、清热祛瘀的中医理论辨证治疗过敏性紫癜、肾病综合征。Objective To understand pediatric clinical application of Kudiezi injection, to provide a reference for guiding clinical use of Kudiezi injection. Methods 72 children treated with Kudiezi injection in our hospital from January to June 2013 were selected, and their clinical data was respectively analyzed, including indications, usage and dosage, medication course, menstruum and so on. Results Kudiezi injection in pediatric clinical application was mainly used for the treatment of allergic purpura; the main route of administration was intravenous drip ; the medication course was concentrated in 1 to 14 days; the main menstruum were 5% glucose or 0. 9% sodium chloride injection; dosage and medication course were in line with the drug instructions. Conclusion Usage of Kudiezi injection in pediatric is mainly for treating allergic purpura, according to differentiation theory of TCM, including Huoxue Zhitong and Qingre Quyu.
