摘　　要：目的通过对血必净注射液临床应用的点评,促进中药注射液合理应用。方法从医院病案科随机抽取17份使用血必净注射液的病例,参照卫生部的评价标准和药品使用说明书,进行分析。结果血必净注射液在临床使用中存在一些用药不合理情况。结论临床使用中药注射液应辨证论治,确保安全和有效。Objective To promote the rational application of Chinese medicine injections through the reviews of Xuebijing injection on clinical application. Methods 17 cases of xuebijing injection were selected randomly from the medical record department ,which were further analyzed according to the evaluation criteria of the Ministry of health as well as the instructions. Results It exists some unreasonable problems about the clinical application of xuebijing injection. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine injection should be applied in accordance with the syndrome differentiation dependent therapy to ensure patient safety and effective.
